    G'day aza, alot of dried fruit contains preservative 220/E220 (sulphur dioxide) i'm not sure if this would affect your beer in a bad way(eg. kill the yeast) but check the package when you buy fruit and maybe give them a bit of a wash before use to be on the safe side. Good luck and happy...
