    chhers could be the cold factor was brewed in my garage and stored there probably about 14 degrees.if i warm it up will that change this cheers

    hi guys just after some advice plse did a brew off the brewcraft site which was black rock pilsher blonde,no 15 brewcraft and drywheat malt 200g and used a saf 23 yeast. been bottled for 4 weeks original sg 1050 finished and bottled at 1010 so tatsed a couple bottles last night and a real malty...

    cheers manticl i actually just asked in anothr thread if it was ok to bottle at 1020 but has been down 2 weeks and got redirected to this so i can take it the answers NO!!! so will try and stir it up a bit for a couple more days

    thanks ekul actyally had it sitting in a plastic rubbish bin lid filled with water and draped with a towel to try and keep it cool,recipe said to try and keep it under 20 so have taken towel off and gently rocked it and left for 1/2 hour and now seeems to be off again airlock working overtime so...
