    Inline carbonation

Thanks for the reply Mark. The temperature issue would be easily dealt with I think, but the rest near pretty hard. What is WOFTAM? seems like it might be more work than its worth.

    Inline carbonation

It was just one from Aliexpress, i found it looking at some other random things. http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/Stainless-in-line-Oxygenation-Assembly-Kegging-Homebrew-2-0-Micron-Oxygenation-Stone-1-2-MPT-X/1017341_1564241492.html would the gas find its way out of the thread tape?

    Inline carbonation

Hi, Sorry if this has been asked elsewhere (I couldn't find it in a search). But, could I turn an inline oxygenation unit, into an inline carbonation unit? By changing the micro stone, and changing the oxygen bottle for a C02 bottle would it carbonate the beer? or just froth everywhere...

    STC1000 2 units using 1 probe

I'm no sparky, but i would think you would either need to plug each element into a seperate circuit or get a higher amp circuit installed. I run 2 elements from 2 circuits in the house, but the moment the misses turned the tv, dishwasher etc on the safety switch went. I got my mate to install a...

    STC1000 2 units using 1 probe

I was hoping it would be something as simple as connecting the STC1000 to the first STC. what type of PID do you use? My sparky is a good mate that drinks a lot of my beer, so he probably owes me one.

    Re-using American Ale 2 yeast

Sorry to drag this topic to noob level, but how can you tell the difference between trub, yeast & beer? The bunch of thick crap at the bottom must be trub, which from comments above isn't what I want. So could i just use a litre or so of the last dregs of teh fermenter (not including trub) and...

    Re-using American Ale 2 yeast

Hi guys, I am kegging a brew on saturday that used American Ale 2 liquid yeast, and the same day brewing DrS's Golden Ale. Could i just leave the yeast cake and remnants in the fermenter after i transfer to keg, then pour new brew into fermenter? Just wondering if re-using yeast can be as...

    filtering using magnetic pump

Thanks for the quick replies. we only have 2 kegs and we are filling 2 kegs. If using a pump is a no no, might have to rack into a keg, then filter to other keg, then use gravity to fill last keg. So using a magnetic pump is not good?

    filtering using magnetic pump

Hi Guys, My brewing partner (went halves with 3v setup costs) has just gone and got a filter for our beer. It is a bright ale that we are kegging in a few hours. He bought a filter with connections on it to go from fermenter through filter into keg via beer pick up tube. Now i'm not sure...

    Keg King Kegerators

My bro in law ordered one from Pinnacle, and had no problem at all. Could have been lucky though. Is the circuitry bad for the Pinnacle version or that type in general? they all seem to look the same.
