Hi all, think I made a big mistake by forgetting to add carbonation drops as my beer is flat. Does anyone know if you can add drops after 4 weeks in a bottle? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi Guys, just got a Coopers Australian Pale Ale going about an hour ago. Firstly the brew enhancer was rock solid though it did dissolve. Secondly the brew now is a very dark colour. Can anyone tell me if this is normal for this Coopers Apa as I am very new to brewing.

Guys it's probably been said before but I am new so any advice would be great. I am looking at the st1000 as it is a cheap option, but I'm not 100% sure how they work. I have a fridge/ freezer combo that I want to use the fridge section for a fermenting chamber. If I buy a st1000 will that...

Guy's I'am wondering if you know anywhere in Perth WA where you can buy Starsan. I've heard its a quick (2min) and easy sanitiser? Is there another brand which is similar, i want to find a quick sanitiser as i have some stuff now but you have to wait 1 hr before use.

Hello, I am new to brewing and was wondering if the gunky build up on the middle of the bottle is normal. I know it happens at the top of the brew, but what about the middle. ? This is a 3 day old Apple cider brew. Thanks in advance
