Thats how beers from the east coast taste to us
For that reason I'll stick to local bottled stock
Having said that, if its a little creatures pale and the best before indicates its more than 4 months old, then I wouldn't bother either
Rad1s GA
Aroma is nice and pleasant hoppy
Small head but good carbonation
Good use of late hops
Good mouthfeel, spritzy on the aftertaste. Good balance of malt and hop
Colour is a nice amber
I'd give it a 42, great beer and very session able
Cheers
Hazy definately - West Yorkshire yeast
Base malt is wa home grown thanks to Ecu
I bottled this about two weeks ago but perhaps everyone else might want to leave til after Xmas
Thanks for the honest feedback, it's the best way to improve
Jyo's ESB
Colour good
Carbonation was high but leave it settle and all good
Not too much crystal good
Was more hops than I'm used to for esb but still good
Aroma tasty
Mouthfeel good once it warms up.
Overall 39/50
Basically it caned the piss outta my esb
Good job mate
