First brew on the Grainfather(thanks santa) today and using the mm mini mill. went with the widest gap but was out a bit with gravity. Sparged really easy so will go with a finer crush next time.
Great bit of kit. Watching the yeast in action, quicker ferment, easy keg transfer under pressure, naturally carbonate.
Want to start reusing yeast to save a bit of cash whats the best way? Do you need to wash the yeast or just chuck the sediment bottle in fridge till next time?
Setting up a kegerator out of spare fridge. What is the best size beer line to get? And is there a minimum length you have to use as it is not far from keg to tap? Will lose it if i end up getting a glass full of foam.
Hey. I am doing a pacific ale clone BIAB and no chilling soon. Do i need to alter the hop time additions? Out of the software out there is there one where can you just press a button and it will alter it for you?
