Level 9 on the IKEA Induction is meant to be 2000W.
Either way im happy with the boil that was happening. Letting it cool down down to see how the insulation goes.
Then will check the pause feature which is meant to keep the liquid warm...

Quick update rolling boil in 45mins.
From memory my gas stove top took a little longer....
Dunno which is more expensive..Lol but loving being able to have the pot insulated whilst heating.

Yeah ive taken everything apart, if it is stuffed not the end of the world, the 15max psi is gunna low for what i need. (Pressure Fermenatation in my Fermentasurus)

Yup i blew beer all through my PRV not once but twice.
First time was whilst filling my keg and didnt realise i was so close to filling it.
And the second was after pumping 30 psi into my keg to carbonate it and then attempting to degas it to sample the beer.
