Does anyone know what’s happened. I started my brew on Sunday and it went quite well bubbling like crazy. I checked the brew and it’s stopped bubbling so I tasted it. It does have a little fizz but is still very unclear. Anyone seen this before?

I was hopping to make a new brew and was wondering if there was any other method of sterilising the water other than to have to boil it for hours. Could I use bottled water or use a reverse osmosis filter setup for instance or anything else?
