Do I need to sterilize my hops in anyway when I throw them into the fermenter during fermentation? I'm about 4 days in so yeast is still very active.

Yes, both. Also, the inside cooling element does feel cool, just not cold and the temp gauge on the front is reading 24deg's C.

My local brew shop doesn't stock it and from what I have found its at Grape and Grain. I don't fancy driving 2hrs to pick up some malt extract!! Does anyone know where its stocked over this side of the bay?
