I just put down a hoegaarden style kit from Brewcraft. It is due to be bottled late this week. I will let you know how it goes.

The brewing guide on the Coopers website recommends to be kept in bottle for 12 weeks before drinking.
I don't think I could wait that long :icon_cheers:

I am now finding that with age the head retention is better. It has been in bottles for 3 weeks now.

I am looking at brewing a wheat bear (similar to Hoegaarden) for my next batch. I have seen the Hoegaarden kit on the brewcradt website for $34.95.
Can anyone suggest a good value kit to go with. I am looking for something for summer with a foamy head.
