As an ex sales rep, I can tell you that Steve and Janae that had Mitre 10 in Tamworth are now in at Kootingal at the True Value Hardware, and have taken the brew gear with them.
Have done alot of searching on cleaning glassware, and most opinions say to avoid using soap.
Recommendations are for just hot water and air drying. Others say baking soda.
Are there any special tricks or tips forum members have on the subject ???

I used to use glad wrap held on the fermenter with the big o-ring from the fermenter lid.
I did this purely to see what was going on. I had an old Wander fermenter with a solid blue lid.

The fridge I will be using is quite old and the seals are pretty rigid.
I think I will make a slit in the seal on top of the door, and push the cord into the inner (more flexible part of the seal).
Looking forward to a new world of temperature...
Just bought a FridgeMate after reading alot of good reports in these forums.
My question is, how do you insert the probe into the fridge ?
Are people just closing the door over the probe cable, or are they using a hole/grommet combination ?
