Brewer and brewing historian , slightly obsessed by historical brewing , interested in the evolution of brewing technology and ingredients used.
The range of beers brewed by a brewery ,and those on that were sold . Also interested in the different fermentation techniques used by breweries as evolved through time , region and requirements , eg Yorkshire Squares & Burton Unions.
I can also supply some historic UK recipies , if anyone`s interested , D.M me and I`ll send a list of beers etc .
Also a big Rugby fan !!
