Looks the goods bloke. I've drooled over Nevs Hermit's too and wouldn't mind doing an upgrade either. That said, the thing I have now works just fine so I'll bide my time and money :-)

I would be hesitant about using them. They are designed for minimal leakage but remember compressed air is much cheaper to loose than CO2 so their design is more about ease of connection/ disconnection than 100% leakproof. A cylinder of lost CO2 hurts and would quickly negate any cost benefits...

I'm unsure whether they do 'Food Grade' Co2 or not but give Australian Safety Engineers a call. Under $30 for a 5Kg refill :-) They are in Canningvale. Cheers !!
