Morning everyone , Im looking for a taste of citrus / passionfruit flavours in my beer. What hops can you guys recommend please . Really looking for that kind of flavour .

I haven't met many Aussies that are good losers either..... We are very passionate thats for sure .. There are a few writing off the All Blacks. Its a big tournament anything can happen. Lets wait and see.... Go the All Blacks.
Sure can get plenty of craft beer in the supermarkets . Have a look around . They are always well stocked and you should find a few from the Nelson Area. Im heading over to Nelson at Xmas time and cant wait .. You will be spoilt for Craft Beer compared to here. Enjoy...

I had the same issue with my Keg King Regulator mate, I got beer up into mine and it wasn't working well... I just put poured some sanitizer through it then put the gas through the lines . Has worked a treat ... Working well at the moment .

I cant wait to get one of these units.... My mates about to get one . I have to wait till tax time what a buggar.. From all the research I have done im not finding anyone unhappy with their purchase . I will be stepping up from extract / steeping grain etc and cant wait .

Gidday mate, Just done a Coopers Irish Stout a couple of months ago that I bottled.
Only used 250g of lactose. Its come out unreal very happy with it. :chug:
1 can Coopers Irish Stout
1.5 kgs dried wheat malt
Choc malt grain 150g
Dark crystal grain 150g
Lactose 250g
Nottingham yeast...
Looking forward to this unit coming out on the market. Only been in the home brew scene about 6 months, probably looking at going all grain next year so this might be the way to go for me!
