Thanks to all involved for making it happen. Much appreciated. This was my second year entering and I must admit I was surprised to see that my beers this year, which I thought were significantly better than my entries last year, rated quite low - they were all better examples of their style...

Be interested to know how this turns out. I've just fermented an IPA that had Simcoe and Sorachi into the late boil, and the aroma coming out of the bubbler was like rock melon and lychee.....

I've got to say, this beer turned out a treat. I didn't reuse the hops. In addition to that stated above it has 1.5kg of LDM and 450g dextrose. The Czech lager yeast and the B-Saaz work a treat, and not in the way I thought they would. It's just a super smooth brew leaning more towards a strong...
