Just got a call from SWMBO telling me that a strange box had just been delivered from Belgium and did I know anything about it... Hooray!

I had some of this on tap at the JS Brewhouse last week. It was seriously nice! Also had some of their limited release cider - made from fresh juice, nice and cloudy and bl00dy delicious.

Went to First Choice at Sylvania last night and found these. $20 for 2l of german beer and a free 2l swingtop included! No idea what it is like, buthad to get one just out of curiosity

Pretty sure they have Westmalle (and Karmeliet) at First Choice at Sylvania - actually they have a surprisingly decent range (and have enjoyed 3 for $12 on Harviestoun Brewery beers a few times), along with Murrays Nirvana (yum)

Not sure whether this topic has previously been covered, but a quick topic search for 'cake rack' has lead me nowhere at this stage. I am doing BIAB using a 19l stock pot and, as it is currently reasonably uninsulated and contains a relatively small volume, it needs the occasional re-heat...
