ok so does the same apply once bottled or is it not as important?

So when fermenting at say 18deg instead of 22deg what difference does that make to the finished product?

Hi there, I also have had no problem re-using glass stubbies if possible though try and use all the same brand or at least height as it becomes a pain re-adjusting bench capper while bottling each time. happy bottling

Hi again OK so I have carbed the bottles and let sit for 2 weeks once I have cooled a couple of trail bottles in the fridge what exactly am I looking for on opening? And how do I know the batch has been shelved for long enough?

Im using glass so yea might wait a bit longer it been 2 weeks this saturday
