    Cinnamon and vanillia

I added 15ml of vanilla essence. 120 shakes of my cinnamon sugar. And about 200g of lactose... and it was perfect. The beer is by no means spicey.. I'm actually wondering if I should add more.. but it went from quite rough and bitter. To amazingly drink able

    Cinnamon and vanillia

I was wanting to add cinnamon sugar and vanillia essence to an imperial stout I brewed. 2can extract brew (coopers stout and dark ale) it's quite bitter. I'm going to add lactose as well.. hoping that will mellow out the bite. Just wondering how much cinnamon and vanilla to add.. planning on...

    Should i add more yeast?

Yeah it definetly wasn't in the fermentor.. the brew is alcoholic.. but still missing carbonation in bottles.. it is also only mildly alcoholic.. but that is probably the nature of the kit i brewed. Thanks for the advice.. hydrometre worked as normal for my ginger beer.. not sure what happened...

Can i use clear bottles to brew ginger beer and sarsparilla?

Cheers this is what i assumed they are always kept full hidden from light in boxes. But i just wanted to know.. next im looking at a cider.. and id rather use a more sensible size. 750ml is just too small.

Can you experiment with different Coopers enhancer kits?

The different brew enhancers will give different results. Mostly in body, head retention and mouth feel. Also will effect alcohole content.

Can i use clear bottles to brew ginger beer and sarsparilla?

Can i use clear 1.25 or 2l softdrink bottles to bottle ginger beer and sarsparilla? Or will the clear effect the taste? Or will they not seal propperly with the hombrew shop bottle caps

    Sarsparilla

Brewed the batch.. bottled it.. oly been a bit over a week.. there is no carbination at all. I think possibly the sars didnt ferment. Doesnt taste same as originally but i can't tell if it is alcoholic. If it is.. its very weak.

Considering adding kaffir lime chillie and fresh ginger to the next one. Just wondering. Do you think ill lose alot of the kaffir lime flavor...
