Hey all, Just setup my keg system in a fridge, everything works sweet ... but ... the brew doesnt contain many bubbles. I fermented the keg for 40hrs at 230kpa at 4 degrees (i think) and then reduced the pressure to 75kpa for pouring ... gets a nice head etc, but lacks the bubbles and looses...

Near Cardiff ... and ive been to marks home brew ... very helpful, but talks alot hehehe .... nice guy though :)

Hey all, Does boiling your home brew at any time speed up the process? I have been told that boiling the bottles for 5 minutes after capping greatly decreases the time between bottling and drinking. Advice anyone?

Dont get me wrong, I have time ... buts its usally in clumps of 4-5 days off ... so would like to spend those 4-5 days making batchs that I can store and then use later on down the track when I only get half a day or a day off ....

Hey sluggerdog .... i think thats what I want to do ... I am only new to the scene and want to make some form of concentrate that I can or bottle and store for longer periods, then just use it as I need it ... like the ones I use to make home brew at the moment (from coopers).

Well from looking at this forum ... the ones that people make from scratch only last a week or so before you have to use them ... I want to make the concentrates and store them, so I can just use them whenever I need them. Getting a keg kit and work shiftwork, so would much prefer to have...
