    Well, I decided to hang on to it and got it all set up on the weekend. They're a very nice regulator to adjust, and hold their setting perfectly. Much nice than the Tesuco regulator I'm replacing.

    To be honest, being able to service it didn't really present itself as an issue to me until I found out that I couldn't. The gauges are removable, so there shouldn't be an issue adding a second and eventually third on the chain, and having to use an allen key to adjust the pressure isn't...

I thought I was ordering a Premium, but received a PremiumPLUS instead, which is a sealed, non-serviceable unit. It was also a little cheaper than other places ($75 compared to $100ish)...

    Taking Recomendations for pH Meter and Digital Thermometer

    For a thermometer, I don't think you can go past a ThermaPen A bit on the pricey side, but they read quickly and accurately, and come with a calibration certificate. Great for calibrating temperature controllers and cooking. I love mine.

    Yeah, could've been a lot worse. My forearms copped a bit, but nothing visible now. I do still have some sticky messes to clean up in my workshop, but really can't face that at the moment.

    1v biab recirc - build questions

    I've finished wiring up my control panel for my eBIAB Recirc setup on the weekend. The 2200W Keg King element manages to get a nice rolling boil (not hugely vigorous) with 20-25 litres. Any more than that would be a bit of a struggle I would imagine, but since 20l is my plan, that works for me...
