That's what I do. Clean the bottles, store them with a alfoil cap then sanitize before bottling.

I usually freeze my ham bone and make pea and ham soup once the weather starts to cool down. I'll give this recipe a crack, sounds delicious.

23. Poggor Dr pratts wits end. Man it was an enjoyable experience drinking this beer. Straw colour, effervescent, the bubbles looked like they were dancing around the glass, was cool to watch. Phenolics weren't overpowering and finished dry enough to make this very quaffable. Cheers
