They hold 20kg of cherries or jam filling for biscuits... guessing that means around 20L as they probably don't come full to the brim of the jam?
 
20kg jam should be much less than 20L, because jam has much higher density than water. Can someone do a measurement and tell an exact capacity?
 
Hmm, I'll get the boys to check. But the cubes come with golden syrup and that says 20kg and the cubes are definitely 20L cubes.... will confirm!
 
So the 20kg are in fact 18 Litres.

The 13kg are 10 Litres.

Glad that's confirmed now :)
