Tha just by taking up the hobby of brewing I would have learnt how

1. Undertake basic plumbuing
2.Mig weld
3.and how to look at every hard rubbish collection to see what i can use at my house


Brewin really is the craft that keeps on giving

I've added the following skills to my repertoire:

1. Greatly enhanced ability to ignore wife's nagging
2. In-depth knowledge of what the hell lies at the bottom of all that crap in my shed
3. Boasting about what constitutes a "real beer"
4. Better money management through not going to the pub every night (offset by having to buy new clothes because home brew isn't exactly diet food). :blink:
