BHPA (Bulls Head Pale Ale) in development stageUsing only POR grown on the plant in the background.I usually use ale malt, but i gave Pils and a touch (3%) of pale crystal a shot and used WLP023 Burton ale yeast.Its good...... really good actually, with a slight sweet touch of apple and pear from the yeast and dark honey from the pils and crystal malt.But...... its not perfect so will just have to keep trying........ oh what a shame
