Us-56 Renamed

Just got my new shipment of bulk US-56 in & noticed it's now called US-05.
Apparently Wyeast wern't happy with the name similarity, so Fermentis decided a name change was the easiest solution.

Fermentis US-56 is the Chico strain of yeast, as is the 1056. The name is being changed to avoid potential difficulty in the US. Same great yeast, now called Safale US-05
