In all I've never had any major problems with US05. Only stiff like under pitching and it not finishing.That a mistake that I think people make with US05 is that they treat it a bit rough, it still may need a good starter and to be pitched the correct amount and time to grow.It is a good working yeast but not bulletproof.INMO!
