The Hairy Bikers Ride Again
If we dont see some Belgian beer we shoulds get a good recipe for Mussels in wine one of the great delicacies in life
Simon and David have heard so much about what Belgium has to offer, from surreal art to chocolate. But what they are really after is the fries Belgium is so famous for. They head from coastal Ostend in the north inland towards the medieval city of Bruges in the Flanders region, where they admit to eating the most delicious 'frites' ever. They then head to the hundreds-of-years-old fish market in Bruges where they prepare 'frites' with 'moules' (mussels). They also make mayonnaise, promising us that after they make it, we will never buy a jar of mayonnaise again. After a hearty meal, Simon and David head to a local pub for some local beer.
