Guys,
I'm wacking a recipe into Promash and can't see any option for standard Traditional Ale Malt. Is this actually 2-Row Pale Malt?
Also, there's no English Crystal, however there are a bunch of Crystal types, with a number beside them - ie... 15L, 75L - which I assume are colouring units...
Any idea on the Malt type to use?
