Just made up a Morgans Aussie pilsner and was wondering what makes the diff between a Czech Pils and an Aussie Pils?. Figured the hops right? Saaz in the Czech and, dunno, probably PoR in Aussie?
I used can,1kg liquid malt ,400 dex + pilsner enzyme so wanted to add a little extra hops because of the added malt. Didnt use supplied yeast either, I had a brewcellar premium lager so used that. Had a look at some reveiws not much there. Anyone done this kit? :icon_cheers:
