Hi Guys,
Anyone else noticed that all of the mash volume conversions from US quarts per pound to litres per kilogram are wrong in Randy Mosher's Radical Brewing? For example, the book says 1.5 quarts per pound == 0.64 L/Kg (that's a pretty stiff mash!!!!
) instead of 3.12 L/Kg... It's not just a one-off. All of these types of conversions throughout the entire book are wrong.
I think I'll send Randy an email just in case noone else has given him a heads-up....
Cheers,
Michael.
