I ordered a couple of metres of silicone hose from MM, 2 weeks later, no hose.
E-mail to MM, and apparantly there are problems with standard Aussie Post to Perth. So Frank sends more hose by express post which arrived today. He said if the other parcel turns up just keep it anyway.
I thought that was quite good. Then I opened the parcel and he had enclosed a credit card bottle opener as well FOC.
