Magic Mixers

Hello everyone

I recently brewed and bottled a "magic mixer" that should supposedly turn out like vodka and passionfruit. i bottled & matured it for 2 weeks and because I'm an impatient bastard i tried some the other day. it tasted very "apple cidery" and i was wondering if anyone knows if it will eventually turn out tasting like it should if I leave it alone or wheather i screwed it up somehow... :huh:

any other handy hints on magic mixers would be good too! :blink:

I brewed a magic mix when I first started brewing, I added the sweetner that was included in the kit. All I can say is the drain loved it . I latter brewed a vodka and lemon for my wife without the sweetner and she said it was much better.

Did you use the sweetner?

If so I would try it without the sweetner next time.
