Hi Guys

Sitting here starting to plan for the weekend and have a major case of brewers block. The missus is working all weekend so gives me a chance to put down a few brews and top up the supplies as there getting low but not sure want to brew and need some insparation. I have already planned a Oatmeal stout to go down on a porter 1084 cake and maybe a nice easy drinking Aus ale but want to get 1 other brew going. Looking for some idea's. Here's what I have sitting around.

Grain
600g Vienna
600g Choc Malt
400g Carafa Spec 1
500g Roast Barley
500g Black Patent
3kg Munic 1
700g Caramalt
4kg BB Ale
10kg Wey Pilsner

Hops
40g Cluster
50g Nugget
30g Amerillo
150g Cascade
90g Santia6m
90g Fuggles
90g Pacific gem
70g POR
30g Hallertau

Any ideas would be great the old brains just not giving me anything insperational

Cheers For the help

So you've just done a porter and you have a stout and an aussie ale scheduled? Why not split the middle and brew an american amber?

You've got a great selection of hops for that and between the cara, munich and (maybe a touch of) roasted malts with a BB ale base you've certainly got the malt.

I like Kai's idea, or an APA would be good too. Another possibility is an altbier. With the Munich, pilsner, and Carafa, you've got enough grains, and the Santiam and Hallertau will be fine for the hops. All you need is a nice, clean yeast.

Altbier is also a good suggestion, and not too different from a tamer amber. Even the american variety does not need to be heavily hopped.
