Hi all,

I have a mate that has just bought a font from Craftbrewer which he has asked me to set up for him. It has fittings on the ends of the beer lines that come from the taps.
I am 120 klms from him and he has sent me a pic of the fittings.

Can any one on here tell me what is the go with these fittings?

Do I need some other female type fittings to fit to the beer lines when I set up his keg system?
OR
Do I cut them off and try and get some joiners from Andale?

Cheers FONT_FITTINGS.jpg

Hi Dicko

They look like they go onto the keg couplers. If they do, then they will be 5/8" thread - get him to check against a standard 1/2" thread. You can cut them off and fit the normal black post mix keg fittings.

Cheers

Yes, they are 5/8". As Pedro said, just cut them off & use 2 x barbed beer disconnects instead.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for that info, it is a bit hard trying to sort parts out before I make the trip to set him up.

Cheers
