Jeez, he's not far as the fAarrrrkkkk (Crow) flies from Ross, Pistol Patch, Kiwi Greg and probably heaps more but would have to paddle to visit them. Haven't heard of any from Choochie.

Hey I personally know the caretaker of Peel Island. Funny enough he and my Father often traded Home Brew via the Lazzarette Gutter.
Oh for you non nautical types. the Lazarette Gutter is the Banana Beacon before the quick red flasher before you enter the chanel to get into the back of Peel Island. Not the front that is Horseshoe Bay.

PS. I grew up on Moreton Bay, I was navigating by myself at the age of 8. I miss the bay already, but Maclean is nice too, great rivers to fish in this area.

I understand them <_< I also grew up navigating around Moreton Bay before I joined "Pussers".
