BrewDog 10 Heads High (DIY DOG #115)

I'm thinking about brewing this recipe but wondering what malts that are available in Australia would be suitable. The recipe calls for:

Extra Pale - 4.75kg
Caramalt - 1.25kg
Crystal 150 - 0.50kg
Dark Crystal - 0.13kg

They seem to have left out the hopping quantities as well but I was planning to loosely base them off Hops Kill Nazis (#64) and adjust to hit the target IBUs.

Mate, I'm not a Banana bender but try walking into Craft Brewer or National Home Brew (see top right of the page)
They are both up there in QLD and I'm sure one of those cane toad lovers will help you out with the available malt.
