Big Brew Day 2006

Well its been and done !!

Not too bad for the first attempt..2 points low for the start
gravity, and lots of levity...

We were a bit thin on the ground for numbers but it was quality
people!! thanks to Franko and Jimy for fronting up to join Mell(Little Squares) and I
for the day

We brewed the Summer Koelsch recipe from the AHA website..and Mell
put a heap of food and nibbles on for us too..Thanks heaps Mell

The next step in the process is to wait for it to ferment and bottle
a few and keg the rest, as the final volume was 23litres, and when that
is done...TASTE time!!!

Hat's off to you Linz and Mell :beerbang:
A thoroughly enjoyable day brewing and reviewing some tip top brews.
I learnt lots about more advanced set ups, picked up a few tips and most importantly got to know some cracking characters with same obession. I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone who brews (or is interested in it) and is still yet to catch up with your local crew. Got to be the best info-tainment
