Beer Smoothie

Had a lunchtime discussion at work today about beer and pies at the footy and how you always end up spilling your beer, your pie or both over yourself.

I then had a brainwave.

The beer smoothie ( 1 x pie, 1 x beer in a blender)

Pros
- No spillage
- Can be consumed with one hand
- Less time to consume
- Beer cools the pie that is too hot

Cons
???

beer + pie = wasnt what i was thinkin of when u said beer smoothie. i was thinkin crushed ice beer smoothie. as to putting a pie in it - urrgh, completely negates what eating a pie is about, i would have thought. ie hot contents, crisp pasty, buring your hand (lol). then a beer to deaden the pain

besides, watching afl offers plenty of opportunites to eat the pie when the numerous free kicks are given !
