Beer Label Gallery

Is there a program that I can download to make cool labels like the ones in the gallery? I have a few awesome ideas, but no idea where to start

I used "The Logo Creator V4" for a few I did. Easy to use and does that layer thing. Not pro stuff like Franko of course, but easy for a nuff-nuff like me. I downloaded the program as a torrent.
