Hi Everyone! I'm new to mead making and am trying to work out how to read this hydrometer. Can someone please explain the below images. In all honesty it probably doesn't really matter as I didn't test it when first made so I don't have the start reading, but I really do need to get a better...

Whats it mean when you put your hydrometer in your brew you come back to it, and it's starting fist fights with the cutlery? ;P no. i mean it it went from 1010 then upto 1020, (i had to take a phone call from mi' mum, about 15 minutesish i was away)
