What size erlenmeyer flasks were you looking at, I have 5L ones and it certainly doesn't work on those... @KegLand-com-au would a larger stir bar help with this? did you test the larger flasks during development, I'd be interested in tips for making it work.

There is nothing online about the x3 range that i can find, do you have a link to anything about these?

What is the purpose for the whirlpool? I'd only do it if the recipe called for a hopstand addition. I find with the HED it catches most of the trub and allows for a clean enough transfer of wort to the fermenter without doing a whirlpool.

I could be wrong but I don't think @Barãob he was talking about a plate chiller, I think he was talking about the new heat exchange plate that sits inside the gen 4 brewzillas under the malt basket.

Did you mash those grains or just boil them? next time I'd suggest mashing the grains for 30 - 60 mins at 65ish C. remove the grains, then add the hops. But be aware that temperature and time will determine what you get from your hops. Boiling for longer will increase the bitterness, so if...
