    Flat'n Bitter

    so. a cooper bitter, K&K with additional hops. bottled a week ago, mainly to 750ml king browns, but a few 500ml bottles too. i used raw castor sugar, as the wife wanted it out of the cupboard. i cracked a 500 last night to see how it was going. very low carbonation. no head. tiny bubbles...

    i just grabbed a Cascade Imperial Pale Ale kit from the supermarket, with Coopers brew enchancer #1. i've got some spare hops (cascade, or simcoe) which i can late-hop with. what do people think of the Cascade kits vs. the Coopers kits? better wort? better yeast? or worse? chris.

    Stopped At 1.020?

    ok. so coopers bitter can, with brew enchancer #1 6/10/08, OG = 1.044 it's been at 1.020 / 1.018 since 11/10/08. so level for four days now. wait? or bottle?
