Anyone got some tips on filling a CO2 cylinder? It appears to have some style of one way valve on it, so I could use the correct procedure for getting the CO2 past it. Cheers.

Just as a matter of interest, how would a person burp a 50 litre keg and later lower the pressure after carbing beer in the keg for a couple of days, other than the "screwdriver method"?

Hoping someone can give me some pointers on how to search the recipe db or forum in general to find recipes involving kits and steeping grains. Planning on having a bit of a play in the world of steeping grain, but my googlefu is sadly lacking. Cheers for any tips.
