    I'm making a double batch today. 23 X 2 litres. I'm thinking.. 1kg DME 1kg be2 2kg dextrose Brew at 10 degrees temp. Control fermentation for about 2 weeks, or untill stable FG. Dry hop with 50gm or galaxy and Amarillo. Bottle and let sit for 2 months. What do you all think, have you made this...

    20l to 60l double ingredients

    I've just upgraded from the coopers 25l DIY kit to the 60l kit. I've doubled cerveza coopers kit ingredients and used 1kg dme and 1kg dextrose. With two dry yeats provided. Taking a while at 16 deg cel but is getting to 1.005 after one week. Only thing I've added additional was 100gm Amarillo...
