I'm making a double batch today. 23 X 2 litres. I'm thinking..
1kg DME
1kg be2
2kg dextrose
Brew at 10 degrees temp. Control fermentation for about 2 weeks, or untill stable FG.
Dry hop with 50gm or galaxy and Amarillo.
Bottle and let sit for 2 months.

What do you all think, have you made this before??
 
Galaxy and amarillo are pine/passionfruit/citrusy style of hops and not really suited to that style, something like Hallertau or Saaz would be better IMO.

Not saying it wont work or taste ok but I think your better adding those hops in a hop tea and dry hop to a pale ale, a dry hop after 2 months in a lager will fade id imagine.
