Please help! I can't get it right

So I have only been brewing for a short time. I first brewed a Mexican cerveza, which turned out alright (considering) it was Morgan's brand with more expensive dextrose from the Brew shop... I then did a coopers lager with the cheap dextrose from big w. This turned out kind of crap, with a...

    Dodgy lid

So I bottled my cider and chucked in a lager.. Dried the seal and rim.. Couldn't find any Vaseline or anything at home so chucked a little four seasons water based lube on there and she's bubbling away nicely now [emoji23]

First try at cider.. May have failed

So I put the Brew together on the 27th July.. 21L apple juice, 2L pear nectar boxed, 1kg dextrose, 250g lactose and a pkt of mad millie cider yeast (1.055sg).. Dodgy lid

Fucken rookie [emoji23]) so I might try Vaseline to get the excitement out of my system [emoji23] and then just go with...

    Dodgy lid

Hey, so I did my first brew a few weeks back and the fermenter tap thread was screwed so I took it back and they gave me a different one.. Now the air lock doesn't bubble which I'm presuming is due to the lid being impossible to screw on properly, I don't know if I should be a pain in the arse...

    Cider?

So after much googling and whatnot I get the jist of making an easy cider... I'm not keen on the whole pressing or juicing thing... So if I was to chuck 23l of cheap Apple juice, 500g of lactose, high abv yeast and a kg of dextrose in my plastic fermenter would I be making a bearable and high...

    HARD! Lemonade

Possible dumb questions... Can I use carbonation drops when bottling this? And could I add more dextrose to make the alcohol % higher?
