Thanks so much guys!! So 18-20 C for ales are ideal- should be easy as thats what it is sitting in my room anyway. Do i need to worry about dips in temp overnight? Do i need to worry about any of the coopers cans coming with a lager yeast? and hence needing to brew around 12 C? Im so excited...
