    Pacific Brewing had a brand name called Jads attached to it. They used to manufacture 1.5kg cans of draught and pilsener (among others) as well as a ginger beer.     Fresh Wort?

    The stout is bloody marvellous too. I added a bit to it though: Esb Stout wort kit, 1.5kg liquid dark malt 1kg morgans dark crystal extract 60g goldings 2 heaped tablespoons ground coffee whitelabs irish ale yeast. O.G 1.088 F.G 1.028 Really thick and creamy....sensational on a nitrogen...

    Re-Hydrating Yeast

    I would be inclined to agree with pete on this. If you are going to rehydrate you should not leave it for much more than half an hour. As it is though we overpitch our yeast at a rate of about 500+ percent over what the manufacturers recommend for breweries(reference http://www.dclyeast.co.uk/...
