All sorts of different styles were put forward in the comp. The Special Bitter was the best suited to summer of the beers entered as well as being a really tasty drop. If we were to brew a strong ale it most likely would not be released in summer.

Tried the Special Bitter at Creatures last night at the main bar and I was very happy with it. Then walked over to the cellar door and the barman poured me a LCSB through the hand pump ..... oh yeah . I invite all the WA folks down to try our new Special Bitter and I will find out which lucky...

Just set up my new 6 keg fridge . I recommend this upside down style fridge for anyone that wants 6 kegs on tap. Plenty of room and a good tap height for pouring; ie if you can reach the taps you are old enough to have a beer . Cant wait to fill her up.

RBC is made with CUB "a strain " yeast same as all their comercial beers . RBO has a wheat beer yeast and a lot of the flavour comes from that yeast .
