    so instead of using 1kg of dex or sugar, should i use 700 to 800gm and the rest lactose? or just put the lactose in on top of the 1kg of sugar??

    Bottles In Perth

    hey perth ppl! im new 2 the homebrew scene, just wondering where i could get some 750ml bottles? ive rung a few brew shops, the ones that ive rung only have the 650ml bottles. and they r like $36 for 28!! one other place had them for $12 for 12. but i want the 750ml. can neone help me??

    yea ive tried both as well, havent noticed a difference at all in taste. hahaha, cheaper is betta!

    yea it is a kit GB, Coopers i think. yea it smells fine. just took a sg reading, its round 1005. it says on the tin 2 take 2 readings on consecutive days and make sure that they are the same. i would do this after fermentation has stopped wouldnt i?? Thanks 4 the help

    Hey ppl Ive got a Ginger beer brew goin at the moment, i put it on round the 30th of last month, its still fermenting. ive kept the temp stable at 22 degrees the whole time. It said on the can that it would take round 4 days at optimal temperature! have i done nething wrong?

    Hey guys Ive got a GB on at the moment, is it fine 2 leave the gb in the fermenter after it has stopped fermenting? how long can i leave it for?? appreciate the help guys.
